Electric vs Gas
Necessity inspires innovation. Three years ago we custom developed and constructed an RTO fueled by electricity as the location did not feature access to natural gas. Still as powerfully operational as it was on Day One, the model is proof of concept and we were able to comply with their requirement.
We have used this electric design in both chemical and petro chemical applications including a synthetic tire manufacturing company in China, and a pharmaceutical company in upstate New York. At the New York manufacturing plant there was gas available, but we recommended and installed the electric alternative solution instead of gas as this model eliminated the production of combustion’s byproducts.
